Fibrex's MEP Division is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a background in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The role focuses on managing all costs related to MEP projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are delivered within budget while maintaining the high quality our clients expect. This involves detailed measurement, estimation, and contract management throughout the project's duration.
The successful candidate will join a professional team of engineers and surveyors, providing critical financial oversight for mechanical and electrical installations. You will handle variations, progress claims, and subcontractor payments, requiring a firm grasp of both technical MEP systems and commercial surveying practices.
