You will be expected to utilize advanced modeling tools and software to execute gravel-pack designs while coordinating closely with other technical departments. This is a critical role in ensuring long-term well productivity and operational success in the Papua region.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in offshore drilling rig operations. At least 5 years of recent experience specifically in supervisory roles. Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification (surface, appropriate level). Valid OPITO BOSIET with HUET & EBS certification. Completed H2S/BA training with valid certification. Proficiency with gravel-pack design and modeling software tools. Hands-on expertise in Open Hole Gravel Pack (OHGP) procedures. Strong familiarity with MS 365 and SharePoint for reporting and collaboration. Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in an offshore environment. Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills.
