WORKSHOP LEAD @ EPICJOBS
The Workshop Lead will oversee daily operations in the maintenance facility, ensuring all repairs and servicing are conducted to high quality standards. You will manage a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring that productivity targets are met and safety protocols are strictly followed.
This position requires strong technical leadership and organizational capabilities to handle workshop scheduling and resources effectively. The successful candidate will maintain workshop equipment and ensure that all technical documentation is accurately processed.
Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology
Minimum 5 years experience in a workshop environment
Proven experience in team management
Strong understanding of engine and transmission repairs
Proficiency in technical report writing
