COUNTRY MANAGER – TANZANIA | IGAMING @ VERSATILE STAFFING
Versatile Staffing is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead and expand the Tanzania operations for an established online gaming operator. This critical position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the African iGaming industry, ready to take full ownership of the business's success in the region. The role demands strategic leadership to drive market penetration and achieve commercial objectives.
The Country Manager will be responsible for full P&L oversight, focusing on accelerating commercial growth and increasing market share within Tanzania. Key responsibilities include effectively leading local operations and cross-functional teams, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive acquisition, CRM, and retention strategies. The successful candidate will also work in close collaboration with senior leadership to execute expansion plans and manage vital relationships with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record as a Country Manager, General Manager, or Senior Operations Leader. Essential experience includes a strong background in the Sportsbook and/or Casino sectors, with particular emphasis on the Tanzanian or wider East African markets. Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, business growth, team leadership, and operational excellence is crucial for thriving in this challenging and rewarding role.
