UNIONBAY GROUP is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Promoters to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) directly to customers. Candidates will be expected to engage with the public, demonstrate product value, and drive sales growth through effective communication and persuasive techniques. This position requires individuals who are proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working in high-traffic commercial environments to meet specific sales objectives.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of TZS 350,000, supplemented by a commission-based incentive structure linked to sales performance. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive on interaction and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
