The organization is seeking four dedicated and experienced Data Enumerators to support large-scale data collection activities across various regions in Tanzania. Successful candidates will be responsible for representing the organization professionally in the field while adhering to strict data collection protocols and ethical guidelines.
Selected enumerators will be required to participate in mandatory training sessions prior to field deployment to ensure consistency and reliability in data gathering techniques. The role demands individuals who are physically fit and willing to travel to diverse and sometimes remote locations. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with community members and stakeholders. By providing precise and timely data, enumerators play a critical role in the success of research initiatives aimed at improving social and economic outcomes across the country.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in data collection, surveys, research, or field enumeration
Ability to collect accurate and high-quality data through various methodologies
Good communication skills in both English and Swahili
Availability to participate in field activities as required across different regions
Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools such as ODK or KoboCollect
