Onfon Microfinance Tanzania is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Brand Lead to significantly strengthen brand visibility, drive substantial customer acquisition, and support robust sales growth specifically within the Central Zone of Tanzania. This pivotal leadership role involves executing comprehensive marketing and brand promotion activities that are strategically tailored to resonate with the local market dynamics.
The Brand Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising sales teams, providing guidance and support in effective customer recruitment and retention strategies. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships is a core aspect of this position, ensuring sustained loyalty and business expansion. Additionally, the individual will diligently monitor sales performance, prepare detailed and insightful reports, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and achieve predefined strategic objectives. This position requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the Central Zone's market nuances and consumer behavior.
