Omnivoltaic Tanzania is looking for a proactive Service Centre & Spare Parts Manager. This critical role involves overseeing the operations of the service centre, ensuring efficient and high-quality repair services for customers, and meticulously managing the inventory of spare parts. The manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, streamlining logistics, and ensuring that all technical service operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will play a vital role in customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests and availability of necessary components. This position requires a strong leader with technical expertise and a keen eye for operational efficiency. The Service Centre & Spare Parts Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing best practices for the service centre, training staff, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the continuous availability of genuine spare parts.
