SALES MANAGER-FMCG COAST (DAR, MTWARA, ZNZ) @ ROAR CAPITAL TZ
Roar Capital TZ is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead FMCG operations across the Coast region. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage sales by developing a comprehensive business plan and ensuring that the team meets all planned sales goals. You will be tasked with setting individual sales targets, tracking performance, and reporting results regularly to management. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee the daily activities of the sales team while providing ongoing training and professional development to ensure high performance and career growth for all staff members. Potential work locations for this role include Dar es Salaam, Mtwara, and Zanzibar. In addition to team management, you will coordinate closely with the marketing department on lead generation strategies and market outreach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and will have the strategic mindset necessary to implement effective sales strategies in a competitive FMCG environment.
