OFFICER – TREASURY FX SALES @ DIAMOND TRUST BANK TANZANIA
Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania is looking for an Officer – Treasury FX Sales to grow sales volumes and Treasury income. This role involves providing competitive FX pricing and bespoke Treasury solutions to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand the bank's market share.
The role requires close collaboration with traders and other sales teams to drive revenue growth. You will be expected to conduct ongoing market research and support the execution of the Treasury sales strategy. Excellent communication and a strong customer service orientation are vital to succeeding in this evolving work environment.
Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in FX sales, Treasury, or relationship management.
ACI Dealing Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of financial markets and Treasury operations.
