This pivotal role is designed to bridge the gap between technical ICT support and efficient logistics coordination, ensuring that primary school students have consistent access to tablets and educational software. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing educational technology assets across various school sites, ensuring that the hardware remains operational and the software content is up-to-date.
The responsibilities involve a unique blend of digital asset management and physical fleet operations. You will be responsible for tracking inventory through advanced platforms like ERPNext and CommCare, managing buffer stock in warehouses, and overseeing the maintenance of vehicles and motorcycles used for field operations. This role demands a proactive professional capable of troubleshooting Android-based devices while simultaneously coordinating the logistical movement of equipment to ensure minimal disruption to the learning environment.
