Our client is actively seeking an accomplished Expatriate Maintenance Manager to spearhead the engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical operations at their state-of-the-art 24/7 poultry feed manufacturing facility located in Zinga, Bagamoyo District, Tanzania. This critical leadership role involves ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all machinery and infrastructure, upholding the highest standards of production quality and safety. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and implementing best practices in a demanding industrial environment.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading comprehensive equipment reliability initiatives and developing robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance. Key responsibilities also include managing all aspects of utilities, overseeing technical operations, and providing strong leadership to a skilled maintenance team. Candidates must possess a proven track record in continuous manufacturing settings within relevant industries such as Feed Milling, FMCG, Food Processing, Agribusiness, or Heavy Industry, demonstrating the ability to manage complex maintenance challenges effectively.
