The Fish Feed Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the fish production sector. This role involves gathering and analyzing market intelligence data, including competitor activities and pricing trends, to inform future business strategies. The successful candidate will devise and execute comprehensive plans to drive sales performance, focusing on revenue growth, volume increases, and new customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new customers and distributors, such as fish farmers and aquaculture companies. You will also provide technical advice on feeding best practices and feed management. The role requires building healthy client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and generating detailed sales reports to track progress and performance in the Dar es Salaam region.
Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fish feeding industry, specifically tilapia farming.
Previous working experience in KOUDIJS or SKREETTING is highly preferred.
Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance to farmers to improve fish production performance.
