BIO PELLETS LTD requires an IT Technician / App Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our information technology infrastructure and manage our application systems. This dual role involves providing technical support to employees, maintaining network functionality, and overseeing the performance and development of company applications. You will be crucial in ensuring our digital tools support our operational efficiency as we contribute to Tanzania's clean energy sector. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and administering user accounts. As App Manager, you will also be involved in managing, updating, and optimizing mobile or web-based applications used within the company. A strong understanding of IT best practices, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system maintenance are essential.
