This crucial role involves overseeing and managing the customs declaration processes for various shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and smooth operational flow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating international trade operations for our clients.The Declaration Officer will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate customs declarations, utilizing systems like TANESW, and ensuring all necessary documentation for import and export activities is complete and correct. This position demands a high level of precision, a strong understanding of customs laws and procedures, and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders, including customs officials, clients, and internal logistics teams.Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Taxation, Customs Administration, or Clearing & Forwarding, coupled with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications are essential for this role.
