The successful candidate will devise and execute comprehensive plans to drive sales performance, focusing on revenue growth, volume increases, and new customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new customers and distributors, such as fish farmers and aquaculture companies. You will also provide technical advice on feeding best practices and feed management. The role requires building healthy client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and generating detailed sales reports to track progress and performance in the Dar es Salaam region.
