TRANSPORT OPERATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION OFFICER @ EQUATOR LOGISTICS
Equator Logistics is seeking a dedicated Transport Operations and Documentation Officer to join their team in Tanzania. This pivotal role involves managing the intricate details of transport services, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of logistics, from planning and execution to the meticulous handling of all necessary paperwork. They will work to optimize transport routes, manage relationships with carriers, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all operational activities.
Key Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in handling transport services of any reputed organization
Proficiency in computer usage (Word, Excel, etc.)
Bachelor degree/Advanced Diploma in Transport/Business Management or equivalent
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
