Natkern Company Limited is looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Electrical & Electronic Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic systems. You will ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality technical support across various projects and operations while working in a collaborative team environment.

The role involves working with complex electrical circuit designs, digital and analog electronics, and power systems. You will utilize industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD and MATLAB to support engineering tasks. This is a great opportunity for a technician with experience in PCB design and embedded systems to contribute to a growing technical team in Tanzania. Applications are open until June 20th, 2026.

Key Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of electrical circuit design, digital and analog electronics, and power systems. Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice, LTspice). Experience with PCB design, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
