We are looking for a dedicated Credit Relationship Officer to join our team at AspireHr Consultancy, located in Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for our business development efforts, focusing on client acquisition and fostering strong relationships. The officer will be responsible for conducting thorough credit appraisals, processing loan applications efficiently, and ensuring meticulous portfolio management, including delinquency control to maintain healthy credit portfolios.
Key responsibilities also include preparing comprehensive reports and ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of microfinance operations and demonstrate proficiency with relevant banking and loan management software. Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
1-3 years experience in microfinance, credit-focused NGO, or commercial bank
Minimum of 2 years training in microfinance, credit management or banking operations
Technical skills: MS office proficiency
Experience in bank or loan management software (e.g., Temenos, FMFB, Mambu) is an advantage
