Further duties encompass inspecting, reviewing, and approving all repair work to guarantee adherence to the highest quality maintenance standards, continuously monitoring fleet performance, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at minimizing breakdowns and reducing overall vehicle downtime. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, technical reports, and comprehensive service documentation, ensuring strict compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety regulations, and the company's established maintenance procedures. Collaboration with the procurement team will be crucial for identifying and sourcing genuine spare parts, alongside driving continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop to enhance fleet reliability and operational efficiency. The position requires flexibility to work in either Dar es Salaam or Morogoro, Tanzania, supporting the company's extensive operations in these key regions.
