Atlantic Limited is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and managing the recruitment and selection process. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a positive working environment and ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant Tanzanian labor regulations and best practices.
In addition to operational oversight, the Human Resources Manager will lead performance management systems, oversee training and development programs, and manage HR administration and benefits. A key component of this role involves advising senior management on HR-related matters and ensuring that the company maintains a high standard of professional integrity and confidentiality. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a senior HR role.

Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, training, and professional development.
