Jaz Amaluna is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation across the entire hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. The Executive Housekeeper will ensure that the hotel consistently meets and exceeds the highest standards of hygiene and guest comfort, aligning with Jaz Amaluna's commitment to 5-star luxury hospitality. This position is vital for creating a pristine and welcoming environment for all guests.Responsibilities include managing a large team of housekeepers and supervisors, developing and implementing training programs, controlling departmental budgets, and managing inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies. The successful candidate will be a meticulous and highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational excellence. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a large housekeeping team.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Excellent organizational, planning, and inventory management skills.
