We are looking for an After-Sales (Mechanical) Engineer to provide expert technical support and service to our clients in Mbeya and surrounding areas. Your primary role will involve ensuring the satisfactory performance of our activated carbon related machinery and equipment after purchase. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing maintenance, and providing effective solutions to customer queries and problems.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in after-sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery, technical training, and clear communication. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of working both independently and as part of a broader support team.
