Smart Job Tanzania is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join the team at Melioris Venturi and IECDS. The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively attract students to the college's various educational programs and services. The successful candidate will represent the institution to potential students, parents, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that the college's value proposition is clearly communicated and understood within the market.

Beyond strategy implementation, the Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with secondary schools, local businesses, and various community organizations. This role requires a professional with at least three years of experience, particularly in the education sector or marketing school-related projects. By fostering these partnerships, the officer will enhance the college's outreach efforts and contribute significantly to its growth and student enrollment targets.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or marketing. Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field. Exceptional relationship-building skills with schools, businesses, and community organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, evaluate, and report on marketing performance.
