PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR @ JI-FANG & HWANG INVESTIMENT
JI-FANG & HWANG INVESTIMENT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our steel production facility located in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all manufacturing goals are met efficiently and safely. This role requires a leader who can manage a diverse team, maintain high-quality standards, and optimize production workflows in a demanding industrial setting. The budget for this position is 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 Tsh.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be expected to utilize your technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive productivity and minimize downtime. You will monitor equipment performance, coordinate with mechanical teams for maintenance, and ensure all staff adhere to strict safety regulations. Your experience in mechanical fittings will be particularly valuable in identifying and resolving technical issues quickly.
