PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR @ JI-FANG & HWANG INVESTIMENT
JI-FANG & HWANG INVESTIMENT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our steel production facility located in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all manufacturing goals are met efficiently and safely. This role requires a leader who can manage a diverse team, maintain high-quality standards, and optimize production workflows in a demanding industrial setting. The budget for this position is 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 Tsh.

Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Production management or a related field.
Proven experience of more than 4 years as a production supervisor or manager in an industrial setting.
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse production team.
Experience in mechanical fittings is highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of steel production processes and manufacturing best practices.
Proven track record of meeting production targets and maintaining high output levels.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between staff and management.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and production bottlenecks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage shifting priorities.
