Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (TZ) is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Branch Manager to lead its operations in Iringa. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire program implementation and branch operations, ensuring all activities are executed according to the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves significant leadership, including managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that all performance targets are met with efficiency and integrity.

Beyond operational oversight, the Branch Manager will lead monitoring and evaluation efforts to ensure accurate documentation and impact reporting. A key part of the role includes building and sustaining strong partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance the branch's presence and effectiveness.
