PROGRAM MANAGER @ HAND IN HAND EASTERN AFRICA - TANZANIA

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in project management within the development sector.
Strong leadership and organizational management skills.
Proven track record of working effectively with local communities.
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
A deep passion for creating sustainable development and economic empowerment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in managing complex project budgets and financial reporting.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required for community and administrative communication.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong commitment to the mission and values of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa.
Ability to travel within the Iringa region as required by project needs.
