Keewaytz is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee advocate and change agent. The HRBP will be responsible for a wide range of activities including strategic planning, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
