Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector Proficiency in cost planning and detailed project estimating Strong understanding of Tendering and Procurement processes Ability to provide sound Contractual Advice to project stakeholders Expertise in the preparation of comprehensive Bills of Quantities Knowledge of compliance management including NEMC and OSHA regulations Familiarity with various construction industry regulators in Tanzania Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
