QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ EMIRATES BUILDERS
Emirates Builders is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam, specifically located near Mlimani City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and meet all regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include cost planning, detailed estimating, and managing the tendering and procurement processes. You will be responsible for providing expert contractual advice and the meticulous preparation of Bills of Quantities. Furthermore, you will ensure project compliance with industry regulators such as NEMC and OSHA. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in quantity surveying and a commitment to excellence in the construction industry.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution
2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector
Proficiency in cost planning and detailed project estimating
Strong understanding of Tendering and Procurement processes
Ability to provide sound Contractual Advice to project stakeholders
Expertise in the preparation of comprehensive Bills of Quantities
Knowledge of compliance management including NEMC and OSHA regulations
Familiarity with various construction industry regulators in Tanzania
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
