cQB Outsource Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Tanga, Tanzania. The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of TPPL Tanga product sales within the region by actively engaging with retail outlets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will be instrumental in executing sales strategies, conducting regular market visits, and ensuring that distribution targets are consistently met through diligent effort and relationship building.
As a Sales Officer, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to align your activities with the company's broader business goals. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Tanga. You will be expected to manage territory routes effectively, provide valuable feedback from the field to the management team, and demonstrate excellence in professional communication and persuasive sales techniques.
Key Requirements
MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in sales is an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet owners
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
