BANCASSURANCE SALES FORCE EXECUTIVE (SFE) @ JUBILEE LIFE INSURANCE
Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking passionate individuals to bridge the gap between banking and insurance, driving financial security. As a Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE), you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, converting opportunities into business, and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers. This role requires a proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. The position is based in the Western Zone of Tanzania, specifically within the regions of Tabora, Shinyanga, Kigoma, Mbogwe, Simiyu, and Kahama. Successful candidates must be willing to work within their assigned workstation and travel within the designated region as required.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Strong sales negotiation skills with ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into Business.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank staffs and Customers.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve set Sales targets.
Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
