SCHEDULER IN TRAINING @ SOLVO GLOBAL
We are seeking a Bilingual Scheduler in Training to join our professional team on-site in México. This position is responsible for managing client referrals, service requests, and complex caregiver schedules. You will provide critical support to recruiting, inside sales, and administrative functions within the healthcare sector.
Successful applicants will possess strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask under pressure. Since our operations align with U.S. Eastern Time, flexibility across a Monday to Sunday schedule is required. One year of relevant experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred to meet the demands of this fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
1+ year of experience in healthcare scheduling preferred
Call center experience will be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Full availability Monday–Sunday for scheduled shifts
Ability to align work hours with U.S. Eastern Time
Must be located in México and able to work on-site
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and administrative support
