Comprehensive knowledge of utility operations including Power, DG, HVAC, Chillers, and Compressors. Proficiency in cost control, spare parts optimization, and vendor management. Strict adherence to safety compliance, audits, and best practices such as LOTO and work permits. Deep understanding of TPM, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and the digitization of maintenance processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a result-driven leadership approach.
