IVD SERVICE ENGINEER @ HOTGEN
Beijing Hotgen Biotech is expanding its footprint in the Middle East and Africa, currently seeking a dedicated IVD Service Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of our range of in-vitro diagnostic equipment in clinical and laboratory environments.
This role requires an individual who is technically proficient with laboratory analyzers and medical devices. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring that all equipment operates according to safety and performance standards while providing exceptional service to our healthcare partners.
Key Requirements
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Proven experience in servicing IVD laboratory analyzers
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals
Proficiency in basic laboratory safety protocols
