BIM MODELER / COORDINATOR – ELECTRICAL (MULTIFAMILY) @ ACTALENT SERVICES
We are seeking a BIM Modeler and Coordinator specifically for electrical systems in multifamily and residential construction projects. Located in San Carlos, this role involves owning the modeling and coordination process from the initial design phase through to final installation. You will work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure technical accuracy and project efficiency throughout the building lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include creating detailed BIM models, performing clash detection at LOD 350+ levels, and generating accurate shop drawings. The successful candidate will leverage tools like Revit and Navisworks to coordinate complex electrical layouts within residential building environments.
