HR GENERALIST (CLIENT-EMBEDDED) @ KIZUNA EDGE TALENT HUB (KETH)
Kizuna Edge Talent Hub (KETH) is seeking independent, client-embedded HR Generalists to serve as trusted, day-to-day HR partners for our clients across East Africa. In this role, you will act as the primary HR presence on-site, working directly with client leadership, managers, and employees to manage HR accounts, enforce compliance, and deliver practical HR solutions with minimal supervision. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, as you will be the go-to expert for day-to-day HR operations.
Your work will involve managing HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, as well as handling complex employee relations and performance management initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of client documentation and providing critical advisory support to help our clients navigate local labor regulations effectively. The role begins with an on-site, client-embedded onboarding period for the first three months, transitioning to a flexible, remote-friendly arrangement from month four onwards, with periodic client visits required.
