TopCrop Tanzania Limited is looking for a skilled Tractor Mechanic to join our operations in Rufiji. The role involves the comprehensive repair and maintenance of our tractor fleet and other essential farm machinery to ensure optimal performance in the field. You will apply your deep knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions to diagnose issues and implement long-term mechanical solutions.
As part of our maintenance team, you will perform regular preventive checks and emergency repairs to keep our agricultural equipment running smoothly. This role requires the ability to interpret technical manuals and work efficiently under field conditions. Located in Tanzania, this full-time position offers a challenging environment for a mechanical professional passionate about modern agricultural technology and machinery longevity.
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
3 to 5 years experience repairing tractors and farm machinery
Strong skills in diesel engines, hydraulics, and transmissions
Preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis experience
Ability to read service manuals and technical drawings
