Join the technical team at TopCrop Tanzania Limited as an Auto Electrician based in Rufiji. This role is critical for the maintenance and repair of our extensive fleet of tractors and heavy plant machinery, specifically focusing on the intricate electrical systems that power our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing electrical faults in diesel engines and specialized farm equipment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all electronic control systems and wiring are functioning correctly to minimize downtime during peak farming seasons. Working in Rufiji, you will collaborate with the mechanical team to maintain fleet health. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can handle complex diagnostics, read electrical schematics, and stay updated with the latest automotive electrical technologies applicable to heavy agricultural plant equipment.
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Auto Electrical or Automotive Engineering
2 to 4 years experience with tractors or heavy plant equipment
Strong knowledge of diesel electrical systems and wiring
Ability to use diagnostic tools and read electrical schematics
Experience with ECUs and electronic control systems preferred
