NAVRO TRADING L.L.C, based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Shipping & Logistics Manager specialized in Commodity Trading. The ideal candidate will oversee international shipments of grains, sugar, rice, and oils, ensuring seamless operations from origin to destination. This role requires extensive coordination with international suppliers, buyers, brokers, and agents to maintain efficient supply chain cycles. Responsibilities include managing both bulk and container shipments, handling complex shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading and Certificates, and ensuring full compliance with Letter of Credit (UCP600) requirements. The manager will also be tasked with monitoring shipments in real-time, resolving operational hurdles, planning long-term shipment schedules, and negotiating competitive freight rates to optimize company profitability in the Dubai market.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in shipping/logistics (bulk & container). Strong experience in bulk vessel operations. Knowledge of shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Certificates). Experience with LC (UCP600). Good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR). Experience dealing with international suppliers & buyers. Excellent negotiation skills for freight rates and shipping contracts. Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple shipments simultaneously. Deep understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
