MACHINE OPERATOR @ HR.LESSOTZ
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial or manufacturing machines. This role requires technical proficiency to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and conducting routine maintenance. The operator must ensure that all production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of safety and product quality.
Key Requirements
Must have technical skills in operating industrial/manufacturing machines.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in machine operation is an added advantage.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
