CIVIL SITE MANAGER @ MIND STREAM
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Civil Site Manager to join a leading energy company in Qatar. This role is focused on overseeing site operations within the energy sector, specifically for large-scale substation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that all civil works are completed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This is a contractual position for a duration of 12 months, with the potential for extension based on project requirements and performance. The Civil Site Manager will act as a pivotal link between the project management team and the on-site workforce, facilitating smooth communication and efficient resource allocation. You will be expected to resolve technical issues as they arise, monitor progress against the project schedule, and maintain high levels of site safety.
