Proactive leadership style focused on safety excellence and risk prevention. Relevant higher-level qualifications in HSE (e.g., MSc, NEBOSH Diploma). Experience in leading internal and external safety audits at an executive level. Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating and influencing stakeholders. Ability to manage environmental strategy and sustainability goals. Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments. Minimum of 15 years professional experience in health and safety roles.
