HSE DIRECTOR @ TALENT ARABIA GROUP
This executive position for an HSE Director in Qatar involves leading the safety and environmental strategy for major construction and infrastructure projects in Doha. The successful candidate will ensure that all operations are in full compliance with Qatari safety regulations and international best practices. The role is focused on maintaining a high-performance safety culture and minimizing environmental impact across all project sites. The offered salary is QAR 75,000–135,000 tax-free per month, including executive benefits and performance bonuses.

Key Requirements
Extensive senior-level HSE experience in Qatar or the broader GCC region.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and Qatari law.
Track record of success in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement HSE frameworks.
Proactive leadership style focused on safety excellence and risk prevention.
Relevant higher-level qualifications in HSE (e.g., MSc, NEBOSH Diploma).
Experience in leading internal and external safety audits at an executive level.
Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
Ability to manage environmental strategy and sustainability goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
Minimum of 15 years professional experience in health and safety roles.
