In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all fundamental aspects of the human resources department, which include recruitment, employee relations, staff training, and legal compliance. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring that all company policies and labor regulations are adhered to consistently. The salary for this position is set within the bracket of 60K to 80K per month. Your daily activities will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the onboarding process for new hires, and resolving any employee grievances or conflicts that may arise. You will also be expected to design training programs that support the professional development of our staff and maintain accurate employee records.
