Beach & Safari Holidays is seeking a Product Specialist to join our European operations in the Netherlands. We are a fully integrated travel company offering Zanzibar beach holidays, mainland safaris, and seamless combination trips across Tanzania, all operated in-house. Our portfolio includes everything from boutique hotels to aviation and safari vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for the traveler. This role is perfect for a professional who wants to master our travel products and play a key role in designing high-performing offers. You will develop attractive travel specials, focus on promoting our extensive resort network, and create campaign-focused deals for the European market. By working with our global teams, you will ensure our products remain competitive and highly visible. Possible work locations include Johannesburg, Zanzibar, and Breda.

Key Requirements

Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel product management sectors. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on high-conversion travel products. Ability to package and position complex travel itineraries effectively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Tanzania and East African safari travel. Flexibility to travel internationally for industry trade shows and networking events. Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are highly desirable. Experience in supporting the launch and market positioning of new properties. Data-driven approach to analyzing and optimizing travel offer performance. Strong communication skills for working with international sales and marketing teams.
