Sunda International is seeking a dedicated and organized Offloading & Issuing Specialist to join our warehouse team in Mwanza. The primary focus of this role is to manage the flow of goods, starting from the point of arrival where you will be responsible for receiving and offloading incoming materials. You will ensure that all items are thoroughly checked for quality and quantity, matching delivery documents with physical stock to maintain inventory integrity. This role is essential for our logistics efficiency, requiring a person who can work systematically and maintain a high standard of accuracy in a busy environment.
In addition to receiving goods, you will handle the issuance of materials and supplies to various departments based on authorized requests. This involves maintaining detailed and accurate records of stock movements and ensuring that all materials are stored safely and handled with care to prevent damage. You will utilize basic computer skills to update inventory systems and collaborate closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize store management. This position is located in the Mwanza region of Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Stores Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
