This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of fish feed sales operations, effectively managing a dedicated sales team, and fostering robust customer relationships. The supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strategically expanding the company's market share in the vital aquaculture sector of the Lake Victoria region. Responsibilities will include managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and market trends, monitoring competitors, ensuring product distribution and availability, preparing sales reports, and providing technical support and training to both customers and the sales team.
