The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management and control processes within the hospital's operations. This role is critical in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the healthcare institution. The Internal Auditor will conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, operational processes, and information systems to identify potential risks or inefficiencies. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent is a must.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing, preferably within healthcare or hospital operations.
Candidates with a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification will have an added advantage.
Proficiency in auditing software, SQL, and Microsoft Office packages.
